The “Coregasm” Workout!?
According to Women’s Health Magazine, reports of women achieving orgasms during their abdominal workouts, aka the “coregasm” have been flooding their offices ever since a Men’s Health editor mentioned this phenomenon in his blog. Apparently, this is no mere urban myth and a real occurrence.
As if I needed more proof that life is spectacularly unfair.
I’m always looking to shake up my ( now seemingly ho-hum workout routine) of hot yoga, running, kickboxing and taekwondo. Sweaty, stress-reducing, butt-kicking – yes! Orgasm-inducing…not so much. If working my abs had that effect, needless to say, I’d have a washboard stomach you could bounce a quarter off.
Intrigued, I read the how-to article in Women’s Health, and I’ve done all of those ab exercises at some point and the only rhythmic contractions I felt were the variety you get before you’re about to throw up. I realize this is one of those situations where your mileage may vary, so here’s the info and please holler back with a “yes, oh yes” if this has really happened to you.
